With a strong foundation in political communications, her photography is driven by a deep commitment to capturing the nuanced stories of individuals and communities, often highlighting the humanity that can be overlooked in institutional spaces.

Daisy is a staff photographer for The AU Eagle, American University’s award-winning newspaper, AWOL Magazine (AU’s Investigative Magazine), as well as The AU Aviary, the university’s only female- and non-binary-run magazine. When she’s not behind the lens, Daisy enjoys reading—especially Stephen King novels—and playing the piano.
